I was very interested in working with Courtney because I wanted accountability and a push. I was very impressed with her qualifications and knowledge on health and nutrition. I wanted a change in my own life to better understand overall wellness. I was hesitant very briefly, because I was worried this would lead to “dieting” and cutting out several foods that I would eventually not be able to return to my diet. But I was very wrong. I learned so much about food and the benefits that each food has in our diet, and now I know when and how to use them.
I wanted to achieve balance. Balance in how I ate, and balance in my hormones through food. I’m so pleased to have been given so much advice and resources that have dramatically helped my mood, hormones, and overall wellness.
The most surprising thing that I found during my time with Courtney is that I actually don’t crave as much junk as I thought I needed….since limiting myself and what I should eat and how much I should have, all of the sudden junk food is much more unappealing, and therefore, my energy levels thank me!!
My favorite change since working with Courtney has been my mindset. I wasn’t thoughtful when it came to planning my meals, and being aware of what food is going into my body. Now knowing the nutritional facts and content of what I’m eating has changed my lifestyle tremendously!
For anyone looking to work with Courtney, know that she is there for you always!!!!!! There are no dumb questions or too many questions!! She’s there for you every step of the way.
Not that it was super important to me or a reason why I did this program, but I did lose weight over the course of this process! It was weight that didn’t need to be there (bloated weight, face weight). I’m so grateful that by just making simple changes to my nutrition, the rest of my body has reacted so positively, and now I can listen to my body and know what I need, and do not need.

I had hesitations of making a commitment to do better, nutritionally. The extra layer of accountability added by working with Courtney required me to have an honest conversation with myself. I wanted to learn a little more about what to eat and when to eat. Plus, I wanted to reduce my psoriasis and heal my gut. Even though I struggled, I followed most of Courtney’s advice and now my psoriasis is minimal, and my gut health has improved. I needed to return to healthier habits. Courtney is awesome! My goal with this program was to improve my gut health and learn how to maintain a healthier gut. During the program, what surprised me most was to see just how much sugar I was consuming. After working with Courtney, my gut health has drastically improved, I eat more God made foods, and less man made foods. I was interested in working with Courtney to learn more about healthy eating to lose weight and getting healthy. Going into it I was scared of the changes I would have to make! I wanted to lose weight and I HAVE but I’ve learned so much more. I’m now able to understand the importance of food, water, fats, and sleep!
